About the event
This event is an impactful 3-hour experience of mindful adventure. This workshop begins with a Brunch of a Meet & Greet, followed by an exploration mindful activities to manage one's life with an expectancy of achievable results of success and change in one's life. This workshop concludes with a Forest Bathing excursion nestled in the forest of Jetton Park, LKN with a Pathfinder Guide.
